  Conversation on a footpath

 This print was started at Bubwith in North Yorkshire, I was attracted to the wrought iron railing leaning against the pile of bricks, the shadows that were being cast and the piles of builders materials that were evident. The couple draw the eye to the landscape at the back, along with the footpath sign alongside.

An extrapolation of the centre line

This etching is concerned with a dispute with the neighbours over the accurate boundary line between the two properties, basically they dug up our hedge and then moved the boundary in their favour, so after a long legal exchange (and expense), the arbitrator ruled in our favour, awarding damages and full costs.
