Buying A Picture & returns

All of the work that I have available can be purchased  on this web site - all the various pictures have their own page  by clicking on the image you would like to buy, you wil be taken to another page showing a larger image.

On that page is a PayPal button title  

I prefer Paypal / credit card payments.

Your choice of picture and payment will be sent to me via PayPal in the form of an order form which will include your delivery address.

To pay by credit card, you have to follow the "Paypal" option.

Payment can be made by any of the following cards via PayPal  

Mastercard,  Visa,  American Express, Diners Club,  Electron,  JCB,  Maestro

A. Choose the picture that you want to purchase and click

B. You will be transfered to the secure PayPal website,

If you want to buy other prints, click on "Continue shopping".

When you are ready to pay, click on "Process Order"

C. To pay for either Credit card or Paypal,

select "Paypal" and click on "Submit order".

E. If you have a Paypal account then select that.

If not - or you prefer to use a credit or debit card -

then choose the second option to make a secure card payment:

    Up to date everything has gone smoothly with this method, as soon as I have received confirmation of your order via PayPal the picture will be packed and sent out.  

Usualy within 1 - 2 days.

The price of your print includes post and package.

    I personally pack all the pictures and send them Via EVRI couriers.  Each picture is  wrapped in acid free tissue,

then sandwiched between two stout boards.

(I prefer not to roll even the largest of pictures as they

have been known to not lie flat once opened).

Please do not accept the package if it looks damaged in any way,

i.e. bent in two or wet.

In which case do not accept it and ask for it to be "returned to sender".

Returns:-

If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase and would like to return the print,

please follow the instructions below.

Please email stating why you are returning your purchase.

     1.     Retain all packaging as you will need to reuse it to return your purchase.

     2.     Post the package to 'Byways', Low Street, Scalby, Scarborough YO13 0QW.

     3.     Please include your mailing address.

     4.     Post via 1st class recorded delivery with sufficient insurance cover. Damaged returns cannot be reimbursed ( hence the insurance).

     5.     On receipt a full refund will be issued.

which includes full tracking information.
